I give Jason Taves (Maintenance) a 5 Star rating. This was his second stop to our home and as always had superior service. He called me 15 minutes before he arrived on 8/10, announced himself at the door along who he worked for and throughout the entire time he was here, kept me informed as to what he was doing. He provided tips & tricks on how to keep operational in the home and was just overall nice. Jason was quick, efficient and once all was done walked me through everything he had done in the house. That is optimal service. If I need service again I will request you only send Jason as he provided a great customer experience.
Could not say enough about the service we where given upon finding a Rental Home through Tricon American Homes.We originally wanted another unit and when our closing date of our house changed we needed to wait.So the process was smooth we were already in the system and transferring to another unit a few days later when our closing was on again and it went really smooth.Sent our deposit and rent to California and we where ready to go. On move in day we did our walk through and where very pleased with how clean everything was and how the Maintenance man gave us the run down on the home! Very pleases with the whole process.
I have been a Tricon resident for 3 years and I have only wonderful things to say about Tricon and where I believe they are headed. The Vice President himself, Alan O’Brien, has even worked with me in the past regarding maintenance and leasing options. Mr. O’Brien sympathized with my family and I and showed us nothing but kindness and a true sense of customer appreciation. Despite his busy schedule, he never made me feel that my requests were bothersome and he always made sure to follow up. Since my first encounters with Mr. O’Brien, I noticed that all Tricon employees were being held to a higher standard. When I make maintenance requests, the Tricon team ensures that the work is being completed timely and to the customers satisfaction. It is admirable that a vice president is willing to do what other employees are doing and lead by example. My experiences with Tricon have taught me what a positive effect good leadership has on a company as a whole. I would also like to give recognition to Marc Munoz, the director of property management for his cheerful demeanor and expediency, as well as Cindy Smith for her attentiveness.
