Tricon American Homes has built an experienced and dedicated leadership team with decades of relevant industry expertise.

Kevin Baldridge

Mr. Baldridge is responsible for the Company’s overall operating activities, including acquisitions/dispositions, renovations and property management. He also establishes and carries out the vision and strategic direction of the organization and serves as the company’s liaison to Tricon Capital Group, TAH’s parent company.Prior to joining TAH in May 2015, Mr. Baldridge served as President of Irvine Company Apartment Communities, where he oversaw all aspects of a 55,000 unit portfolio of multi-family units in coastal California markets.

Mr. Baldridge holds a Master of Finance and Accounting from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is President of the National Rental Home Council and is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Hope In Motion International, a charity that delivers medical services and supplies to Latin American communities. He has also held board positions on the National Multifamily Housing Council, the California Apartment Association, the Orange County charity Families Forward, Serving People in Need and JSerra Catholic High School.

Alan O’Brien
Executive Vice President of Operations

Mr. O’Brien is responsible for oversight of TAH’s property management business, including leasing, maintenance and customer service. Mr. O’Brien also plays an integral role in the development and implementation of technology at TAH.

Mr. O’Brien has been with TAH or its predecessor / partner companies for over five years and previously worked at a variety of boutique real estate investment companies and in telecommunications engineering. He received secondary and university education in Ireland, earning a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering from the University of Limerick.

Bill Richard
Executive Vice President of investments and Asset Management

Mr. Richard oversees the Company’s investments, asset management and finance groups, engaging in analytics, acquisitions and dispositions, strategic planning and major transactions.

He brings over 16 years of experience in investments, finance, asset and risk management to TAH. Mr. Richard was a founding executive of True Investments, where he served as Senior Vice President over Asset Management and Operations. He also led successful teams at Arch Bay Capital, Morgan Stanley, and the American Stock Exchange. Bill earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Finance from San Diego State University.

Kent Crandall
Executive Vice President of ACCOUNTING

Mr. Crandall is responsible for leading Tricon’s accounting, tax, treasury and financial reporting functions as well as overseeing investor, lender and regulatory reporting compliance.

With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Crandall  served as the Executive Vice President, CFO for MBK Real Estate where he grew the company into three vertical businesses, assets in excess of $1B and over 2,500 employees. Prior to MBK, Mr. Crandall held several senior accounting and financial positions with various public and private real estate companies including Price Waterhouse in Southern California.

Mr. Crandall earned his BSBA and MA in Accounting from Colorado State University. He is a CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and NAREIT. He was named the 2016 CFO of Year by the Orange County Business Journal.

Sherrie Suski
SENIOR Vice President of Human Resources

Ms. Suski is responsible for the hiring, training and development of TAH’s growing staff. The company has ambitious growth plans, and Sherrie is leading the effort to identify and hire the best talent.

Prior to joining TAH, Ms. Suski led all administrative functions, including human resources, at BlueCava. Ms. Suski holds a master’s degree from California State Long Beach and a bachelor’s degree from University of California Irvine.

Randy Hagedorn

Mr. Hagedorn is responsible for the development and implementation of a nationwide strategy for all acquisitions and disposition initiatives.

With more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Mr. Hagedorn served as Director of Acquisitions for Broadtree Residential, LLC, where he led acquisitions and due diligence efforts for both single and multifamily real estate. Mr. Hagedorn also served as Chief Operating Officer for Tones Vaisey, a commercial real estate law firm.  He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Cornell University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Utah.

Gregg Knutson
SENIOR Vice President of Information Technology

Mr. Knutson is responsible for the design, development and implementation of TAH’s information systems, software applications and technology infrastructure.

He has more than 15 years of broad-based information technology experience leading various IT departments. Mr. Knutson has worked in a variety of industries ranging from cloud-based software development to law enforcement, public transportation, accounting and electronic component distribution.  He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Brigham Young University.

Thomas Walsh
General Counsel

Mr. Walsh is responsible for overseeing all legal, compliance and strategic risk management for TAH.

Under his legal guidance, the Company is well positioned for growth, while ensuring asset protection and the championing of TAH’s guiding principles. Mr. Walsh brings a broad spectrum of legal expertise to TAH, having served in general counsel and chief compliance officer roles worldwide for Kleinfelder, Ascentra, IMI plc and Tyco International. Mr. Walsh holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Notre Dame.

Terry Chen
Vice President of Acquisitions & Dispositions

With over 16 years of diverse real estate experience in acquisitions, asset management, and capital markets, Mr. Chen is responsible for strategically sourcing build-to-rent and single-family portfolio investment opportunities.

Prior to TAH, Mr. Chen was an independent executive consultant and Senior Director of Asset Management for Irvine Company Apartment Communities. He also served as Director of Acquisitions for Western National Group and Senior Consultant for Ernst & Young Real Estate Capital Markets Group.

Mr. Chen holds dual Master of Business Administration degrees from University of California, Los Angeles and National University of Singapore. He also earned his Master of Planning and Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning degrees from University of Southern California.

Minh Hoang

Mr. Hoang is responsible for the Company’s financial reporting, with oversight of all facets of both internal reporting and external reporting.

With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Hoang has led accounting operations for large public, multinational, and privately held companies in a variety of industries. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Hoang held senior accounting positions for Pacific Dental Services; MBK Real Estate, and AES Corporation.

Mr. Hoang holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern California. He is an active CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.   Mr. Hoang also serves on the board of the Orange County YMCA.  Mr. Hoang is a United States Marine Veteran.


Josh Nogowski

Mr. Nogowski is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of TAH’s acquisition team from asset valuation, negotiations and underwriting to capital deployment and return management.

Since 2011 he has been instrumental in negotiating high volume real estate purchases and managing all facets of TAH acquisitions, renovation, and leasing. His previous experience includes 14 years of leading acquisitions and leasing luxury rental portfolios for private investor groups, including, Lake Success Living/SFRH, Plum pads LLC, and Sunvest Communities. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Florida State University.


Kent Ahlering

Mr. Ahlering is responsible for overseeing the asset management of TAH’s portfolio nationally.

He brings over 17 years of experience managing residential and commercial real estate to TAH. As a Vice President, Development of Sentinel Real Estate Group, Mr. Ahlering was involved in the acquisition, development, construction and management of commercial real estate.  While at True Investments, LLC, he managed a national single family portfolio. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.

Kristine Blasko
Director of Property Management

Ms. Blasko is responsible for the property management of more than 4,100 single-family homes in Florida, Indiana and Tennessee.

She has nearly 20 years of experience in property management, and has earned several coveted company performance designations, including Manager of the Year, Best Portfolio Team Culture, and Best Overall Team. Prior to joining TAH, Ms. Blasko worked for Invitation Homes and was responsible for approximately 5,000 homes in the Florida markets.

Ms. Blasko graduated from Florida Atlantic University, and has her CPM designation. She is an active member of the National Apartment Association, Institute of Real Estate Management, and Five Star Institute’s Single-Family Rental Association. Ms. Blasko has specialized in the management of Section 8, VASH, SPAOA, ONAP and grant programs in Florida and the southern states.

Marc Munoz
Director of OPERATIONS

Mr. Munoz is responsible for the operations of more than 4,500 single-family homes in Georgia.

He brings over 20 years of real estate operations and property management experience to TAH. Mr. Munoz was managing partner of JLM Home Services & Design Studio LLC, a project management firm specializing in renovation services. As Director of Property Management and Operations for Silver Bay Properties, he grew the company from a small outsourced property management firm to achieving REIT status with over 5,700 owner managed homes. As Director of Property Management for Sawyer Realty Holdings, he was responsible for property operations of 16 communities in four markets with 6,700 residences.

Mr. Munoz is a licensed Realtor in Georgia, and has earned recognition for his for entrepreneurialism, motivational and sales skills.

Heather Southworth

Heather Southworth is responsible for overseeing the property management of more than 4,100 single-family homes in California, Nevada and Arizona.

She brings over 10 years of asset management experience to TAH. Previously, Ms. Southworth worked as Asset Manager for Keller Williams Realty, where she managed all asset company relations and listings. As Chief Broker Compliance Officer for Windermere Real Estate, she audited agent files for DRE Compliance, negotiated short sales and served as property manager for broker-owned assets.

She is a graduate of Sierra College and earned several Real Estate Certificates from First Tuesday Real Estate in the areas of Real Estate Law, Principles and Practices.

Ralph DeMott

Mr. DeMott is responsible for property management of more than 3,000 single-family homes in Texas.

He brings more than nine years of property management experience to TAH, including having overseen single-family, multi-family and commercial real estate portfolios. Previously, Mr. DeMott worked as Area Manager for Waypoint Homes, successfully overseeing a portfolio of over 1,100 single-family rental residences and Section 8 Housing. As Community Director for UDR, he was instrumental in the disposition of a large-scale property while simultaneously maintaining its high occupancy. He also served as Property Manager for Arnel Commercial Properties.

Mr. DeMott earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from California State University, Long Beach; and was recipient of TAH’s 2017 Portfolio Manager of the Year designation.

Connor Doss
Director of Maintenance

Mr. Doss is responsible for overseeing maintenance, turns and renovations for occupied and unoccupied homes in the United States western region.

Prior to joining TAH, Mr. Doss served as Project Manager for Hilton Capital Renovations in Anaheim, and also served as Director of Engineering for Rosewood Hotels.  He has extensive experience in capital renovations and management of internal building maintenance operations.

Brian Zacharias
Director of maintenance

Mr. Zacharias oversees all renovations, maintenance, and turns for TAH’s occupied and unoccupied homes throughout the Florida, Indiana and Tennessee regions.

With over five years of experience managing and coordinating maintenance teams for TAH, Mr. Zacharias has been instrumental in helping establish policies and implement cost-saving management tools.  Having owned and operated a small business, and serving as Operations Manager for a traveling entertainment-based company, he values the importance of teamwork and a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.

Anthony James
Director of maintenance

Mr. James is responsible for overseeing maintenance, turns and renovations for TAH’s occupied and unoccupied homes in the Texas region.

He brings 20 years of experience in maintenance and construction of residential, commercial and industrial projects, with particular expertise in the regional building practices of Texas, the Midwest and Southeastern United States. Previously, as Central Region Construction Market Director for Vineyard Services, Mr. James oversaw multi-state residential construction renovations. He also served as Lead Construction Manager for Kimball Homes, where under his leadership, the company won multiple JD Power Awards for excellence in production and customer service.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Roosevelt University, attended Northern Michigan University, and is a member of (BOMA) Building Owners and Managers Association.
